Mediation
Restore and maintain work
relationships using Mediation
We provide mediation services for business and
organizational cases. Mediation is a voluntary process led by an impartial third party that
organisations can use to resolve conflict.
Our mediators are certified and are entered in the Uniform Register of Mediators with the Ministry of Justice of Bulgaria.
The
mediators’ professional body respects European commission key
principles and stages of mediation which are common to the different
systems in the EU Member States.
The success of mediation lies partly in the fact that it’s
voluntary and the parties enter the process as willing participants with a
common goal of wanting to sort out their differences. It is an opportunity to
find ‘win-win’, “ecological“ solutions that suit both parties. The mediator
acts as a neutral third party and facilitates rather than directs the process.
The confidentiality plays an important role both in the joint sessions involving all of the disputants,
as well as in individual (coaching like) sessions which the
mediator/s may have with one or more of the parties during the mediation
process.
The earlier that mediation is used in an employment
dispute, the greater the chance of successfully resolving the conflict and
re-establishing workable relationships. As conflict continues, people’s
positions often become entrenched and it gets harder to find resolution.
Our mediators use various techniques to open, or
improve, dialogue and empathy between disputants, aiming to help the parties
reach an agreement. Adapting to your needs,
mediation will help to introduce new ways of thinking and will focus on solving
problems.
